As we enter the cold holiday season many of you may be wondering if you will be able to spend the holiday’s with your loved ones. As covid reaches an unprecedented high the feelings of isolation, grief and loss may be fluttering within your mind. As the days turn into weeks you may be staring to feel down. Not having the ability to socialize, follow your dreams, find adventure and travel leaves you living within the mundane reality that is this historic and what seems like never ending chapter of our times.

The grief is real. December represents JOY and many of you may be asking how to cultivate tidings of joy during this trying time. The truth is….you can!

Join spiritual teacher James Bene for his 3 week workshop series that will bring enlightenment into the ordinary. Let James guide you though the holidays by sharing tools, teachings and meditations that will help you find the zen in the art of solitude and joy within the little things. Let go of the could have beens and learn to love what is! Any chore can turn into a joyful experience if you are creative enough to allow it!!


week 1: Happiness is not in the dong but in the being! This first class will guide you in relaxing the body, mind and spirit by aligning you with the present moment. Acknowledge your grief let it go and surrender to the joy that is already happening! Retraining the mindset to an ‘ok” neutral state of mind mixed with a little gratitude!

week 2: Embracing the mundane. Find joy in the little things. Even washing the dishes can be joyful. We will focus on how to spice up your day, change your routine and inject joy and reward within your daily tasks.

week 3: Making your happy list and creating a self care routine. The are of lonliness.
