HELD Grief Support Group

Held is an ongoing  online grief support group for those surviving loss in Los Angeles and beyond. Whether you've recently lost someone, or have been carrying grief quietly for years — this is a space where your pain is welcomed with compassion exactly as it is.

Each session weaves together gentle teaching rooted in the work of David Kessler, mindfulness, open sharing, and the simple but profound experience of being truly witnessed. No agenda. No timeline. No fixing.

Facilitated by James Bene, a life transition coach, spiritual teacher, certified grief educator and active griever.
