You will be guided through visualization meditations that will enhance and unlock your colorful imaginative mind as well as be led through creative exploration exercises taken from Julia's amazing book! Share your dreams, creativity and findings with the class. 

This course is for everyone and anyone who wishes to freely express themselves in a creative way! Without a creative outlet in which to channel our emotions, we can feel stuck or depressed. James Bene is the owner and founder of Bene Mudra, Intuitive, healer, teacher of metaphysics, and a singer/songwriter with a BFA in music with exensive NYC acting and improv training.
