Immerse yourself in the serenity of Paros, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Aegean Sea. Picture yourself awakening to the soothing sounds of the waves, and feeling the sea breeze on your skin. This is the perfect backdrop for your week of adventure and self-discovery.
Our retreat offers a harmonious blend of invigorating + gentle yoga, guided meditation, mini-reiki sessions during yoga, sound bath experiences on the beach and a divine creativity workshop. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our tailored classes cater to all levels, providing an opportunity to deepen your practice and enhance your well-being.
But that’s not all - we’re all about embracing adventure, creating joyful experiences, and exploring the places we visit! We’ll spend a day aboard our private charted boat, exploring the crystal-clear turquoise waters around the island. We’ll also take a day trip to Delos and Mykonos. You’ll visit the open-air archaeological site and birthplace of Artemis + Apollo on Delos, then enjoy an afternoon in Mykonos.
Our retreat is designed to foster meaningful connections. Share laughter, stories, and delicious meals with fellow travelers as you create lifelong friendships, strengthen existing relationships, and find your people. Excursions
PRIVATE BOAT CHARTER TO THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SPOTS AROUND PAROS AND ANTIPAROS. WE’LL EXPLORE HIDDEN CAVES, SWIM, CLIFF JUMP, SUNBATHE, SNORKLE, RELAX, AND ENJOY A SCRUMPTIOUS LUNCH.
DAY TRIP TO DELOS + MYKONOS.
IN THE MORNING WE’LL EXPLORE DELOS, ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ANCIENT LANDMARKS IN THE AEGEAN SEA. WE’LL TRAVEL ONWARDS TO MYKONOS WHERE YOU’LL HAVE THE AFTERNOON TO WANDER, SHOP, VISIT THE BEACH, AND HAVE LUNCH.

We are good friends who live on opposite coasts of the U.S. and have been co-leading retreats since 2014. We are huge wanderlusters at heart and love creating amazing experiences that immerse you in a place, show you its most special parts, its delicious food, unique culture and landscape, while also nourishing your well-being.
In addition to creating unforgettable retreat experiences, we love combining our unique talents for guiding you through yoga + meditation, providing reiki, and leading workshops that promote your inner growth.

Seven (7) nights accommodation. The eco-retreat center offers simple rooms with ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have been constructed sustainably and in harmony with nature. They have ceiling fans, but no A/C. Wifi is available throughout the property.

All classes, workshops and sound healing experiences with James & Kim

Vegetarian meals at the retreat center (there will be eggs and cheese). All meals are included with the exception of lunch while we are on the Delos + Mykonos excursion.

These upgraded apartments are located on a top floor and have outdoor verandas with sweeping views to the Aegean Sea & upgraded modern bathrooms. There are two apartments: One has sunset views, the other sunrise views.
