Service Description

Yoga Nidra is a meditative session in which your body is completely relaxed so that you can heal, release stress, curb anxiety and promote your inner desires! This is one of our favs here at Bene Mudra! This private or group session will begin with a short Yin flow to further relax your body, mind and spirit.

Cancellation Policy

We need 24 hour notice to cancel a session. If canceled the session will be re-scheduled, however if not cancelled in the appropriate time frame or there is a complete no show, the client may forfeit the session.
