Service Description

Bene Mudra honors and priorities the root foundation of yoga which is utilizing the physical movements (asana) in preparation for your deepest spiritual practice. Every session is customized to you or your group's unique physical and spiritual needs, whether you are a beginner or an advanced student. All classes end with a deep 20 minute meditation utilizing essential oils as well as energy balancing techniques such as reiki. We offer privates, one on one, small group and corporate classes! Our teachers are verse in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and pre-natal training. Any and all of which can be tailored into your session!

Cancellation Policy

We need 24 hour notice to cancel a session. If canceled the session will be re-scheduled, however if not cancelled in the appropriate time frame or there is a complete no show, the client may forfeit the session.
